Refined Process

Our purification process begins with affinity chromatography, followed by size exclusion experiments. Should the desired purity not be attained, we seamlessly adapt our approach, incorporating ion exchange chromatography or hydrophobic interaction chromatography. Finally, a conclusive step of size exclusion chromatography ensures a purity level exceeding 90%.

X-ray Crystallography Platform

We provide a comprehensive service including protein crystallization screening and optimization, synchrotron X-ray diffraction data collection, and complete structural analysis.

Crystallization Screening and Optimization

Equipped with the Mosquito high-throughput crystallization screening robot and utilizing over 1600 crystallization screening conditions, we can rapidly screen for suitable protein crystallization conditions. Our technical team further optimizes the initial screening conditions, adjusting factors such as pH and reagent concentrations to identify the most suitable growth conditions for crystals.
Synchrotron X-ray Data
Collection

We have established in-depth collaborations with at least four synchrotron radiation facilities worldwide, ensuring ample beamtime availability. Once suitable crystals for analysis are obtained, we send them to our partnered synchrotron facilities to collect X-ray diffraction data.
Structural Analysis

We have dedicated technical personnel for processing and analyzing data for structural determination. After obtaining X-ray diffraction data, our technical team employs a series of software tools to decipher the protein's structure.

Cryo-Electron Microscopy Single-Particle

Analysis Platform

We offer negative staining screening, cryo-conditioned sample screening, 200kV preliminary data collection, 300kV high-resolution data collection, data processing, and model building to ultimately obtain the structure of macromolecular proteins.

Vitrobot

Enables rapid cryo-sample preparation to maintain the protein in its native state under natural conditions.
200kV Electron Microscope

Used for negative staining screening and preliminary data collection.
300kV Electron Microscope

Employed for high-resolution data collection.

MicroED Platform

We provide services for cryo-sample preparation, three-dimensional electron diffraction data collection, and structural analysis.
