Microcrystal Electron Diffraction (MicroED) technology can address the structural resolution challenges of nanoscale crystals. For proteins and protein-ligand complexes that are difficult to grow into large single crystals, the use of MicroED technology can save time spent on multiple attempts at crystal optimization, providing a rapid pathway to obtaining results.
